3. This site provides online browsers with the opportunity to see new and upcoming texts, browse texts by author or illustrator, view upcoming literature events, and read up on current happenings in the literature world (i.e: who's winning what award, which authors are on the best selling list...).
4. I think that this site is an excellent resource for teachers, rather than students. I think that it might be more difficult for younger students to navigate through, so I would recommend that if you use this site, it stays more as a teacher resource. That's not to say you shouldn't pass the information along to your students, but I think it's a better site for educators to browse on to gather information.
